Welding up the diff ... Some people say he needs a stronger clutch package

i say he needs shorter gearing. one of the pro's gave the opinion that he welded it backwards and that he should try welding it downhill. what do you think?

now welding i grew up welding first job in fab shop and later in a nuclear ship yard were we built submarines so one thing i can do is weld . flux core -mig -tig-heliarc-. stick -alum - buddy i can weld and apple to an orange
