As a PCB Spring Break DJ for many years... about the hardest thing to do is keep a straight face when someone like that enters a contest...
There's always a few in the crowd...
Booty Shake, Wet T-shirt, Thong Contest, you name it... they have no shame!
Although the one you showed was mild compared to what I've witnessed... let's just say at least a couple of times I wish I had a shovel during Wet T-shirt so I could at least pick them up off the floor for everyone to see!
