I think you're confusing Obama with the current pres . W is the president the country can't afford . I don't think i'd get too excited about oil , health insurance , or anything else until the man actually takes over the job several months from now . Until then , its only speculation .

Then you say that Bush , as the President , isn't really responsible for anything thats happened in the last 8 years , that the country is controlled by the House and Senate , not the President .

I might be able to join in the outrage over President Obama taking away my guns ( yes i have several ) and my freedom but i haven't been able to find any evidence that he ever said he wanted to . Lots of You Tube nonsense , plenty of hand wringing and wailing at fox " news " , but nowhere do i find the words from Obama saying " i am going to take away guns from citizens of the US " .
