my feelings about abortion...

if someone is raped or has an "accident" i think i could go along with the day after pills or other means to stop a pregnancy right away.. but they are talking about something totally different. they are talking about premeditated cold blooded murder of living babies who can and are surviving when born.... one means of getting rid of them is called partial birth abortion... after the childs head comes thru the birth canal, they stick a needle in its neck and suck the brains out...
the other is infanticide... the child is born...completely out of the mother and taken to a cold dark room, left alone until it dies..it can take up to 8 hours... how in the world can that be ok. if it is then all the people who have murdered infants should be set free... it was their choice!
If given a "choice" the choice should be made immediately... not nine months later.
we are all accountable for our sins...
i agree with the fact that we should have a choice... the choice of NOT having unprotected sex, the choice of going to a Dr. immediately after a rape and stopping a pregnancy, the choice to keep a child or put it up for adoption... not the choice of the "life or death" of a living breathing human being.
i am really upset that this is even up for a vote... what if we decide we dont want to take care of our 6 month old because it cries too much or costs too much... kill it? we would go to prison... (hopefully)
in this day and age no one has to get pregnant! i also think if a guy is proven to have raped anyone, he should be totally castrated! the same goes for child molesters. the damage they cause follows the victim for the rest of their lives...remove everything! let them pee thru a straw!
ok... i think i have said more than enough. i needed to vent. abortion and rape are two issues i am adament about. and of course..that is simply my opinion... and God's...
i cant help but think...what if the child whos destiny is to find the cure for cancer is aborted, or the child who could become the president and bring peace to the world, or a child who plays beautiful music, or teaches children, what a waste... there are alternatives ... we have no problem allowing cold blooded murderers to live.. we dont want them to suffer when we inject them for barbarically killing people... so how the hell can we not care about innocent little babies? i just dont get it..... ok i feel a little better.

all of you who have children or grandchildren who were born out of wedlock....can you imagine your life without them now? i bet they bring you joy you cant even describe...the day they were born and wrapped in a blanket and given to you to hold... did your tears of pride and joy drip on their little faces? your whole world changed...there was more love...one more reason to live...bring on the arguments. there are safe alternates to every problem...and there is accountability!

Aj, The attacks and dates posted are FACTS, not something that Rush Limbaugh, Fox news, or the republicans schemed up. I actually saw another version of this e-mail 2 or 3 years ago before there was a race for the white house.
Also if we have to pay welfare for a woman who has 6 kids and more on the way, then they need to be fixed. If you raped someone or are a petifile sp? then you need to be fixed or casterated.

Carol, good points however I think there should still be an educated and responsible choice. Too late to change now like Oval44 said, it would be too dangerous because abortion would then "take place in back alleys"

Pesronally I am so tired of this democrat and republican civil war. If our politicians would learn how to vote according to what their heart says and not what their party says we would be much better off.
Barrack Obama is a hard core democrat, my dad is too but he wont vote for him or McCain. I dont care much for McCain either but at least he doesnt let his views get obstructed by the republican parties views.

Alot of you might or might not know this but these two canidates especially Obama are trying to buy their way into the white house. Far worse then ever before. Everywhere you look, read, and listen too there is a picture of Obama. Yahoo, KARNAC, espn had one and many more.

At least for now, finally, Obama has eased off of his smear campaign. I freaking hate that during election time. Lets hear what you have to say about yourself for a "CHANGE".

I noticed something Boneman . If you replace the DNC in your post , and replace it with Republican party , and replace leftist with rightest , it works exactly as well . I think we can safely assume which direction your politics lean . My point was and is , if you surf around the internet for sites and bloggers who only agree with you , or tv talking heads or radio talk show hosts that share your opinion , then you don't learn a thing . You don't get any smarter . And by the way , intelligent , i mean really intelligent ,bloggers , tv and radio political people , and writers are very rare . Most of them are only in love with the sound of their own voice , or telling you what they figure you want to hear .So if you're only looking for facts and real insight in a few safe places where they seem to be speaking for you , you're probably missing great ideas and concepts in areas that might not fit into your view of the world . Neither political party is all wrong or all right . That would be impossible . And the same is true of the candidates .
In answer to the original post , i might as well go ahead and say it because a lot of people reading these posts already know . These e-mails that are sent around are never signed by the author , only the person who passed it on . Your're being played folks . THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TRUTH TO THE CLAIM THAT OBAMA IS MUSLIM . There ! That claim has been passed around the internet as fact for so long that it is assumed to be . IT IS NOT . The same type of claim was made by George W Bushs' campaign against McCain in South Carolina in the 2000 election . McCain was said to have a black baby , possibly even out of wedlock . They knew it would cause a voter backlash and it did . It was repeated as often as possible so people would assume it was fact . There are still people who believe it today . In fact his wife adopted a little girl from Ethiopia .

Where is there proof that Obama is a christain, where is the proof that he is not a muslim? Behind closed doors for all you know I could be a black panther who worships the devil. I dont believe everything I read or see but I do take into account that about 10% of what is said is true unless otherwise proved.

I guess just a couple of years ago Obama dressed up as a muslim for halloween. He says what people want to hear and hes good at that.

My vote goes to Palin for president. We need someone down home in the white house. Shes not perfect but shes respected and that goes a long ways.

I honestly vote republican except in rare instances. In the mean time i have little to no use for Bill O'Reilly. I have absolutely no use what so ever for Rush Limbaugh. Two fat blow hards that could stand to get out from behind the microphone and experience what a little real work is like in the real world. LEt the fat f#ucks work in a factory before they say that its ok to send work to china because someone wont work for peanuts so that Wal-Mart can make billions.

I for one have had it with corporate welfare. It has been going on for years and needs to stop now. The government bailout of recent shows that Bush is no more conservative than Hillary Clinton. Something i have said all along.

AJ, we have some common ground. I agree that honest, objective journalists are a rare commodity, but are not unknown. What you don't realize is that I do get my information from various sources with different leanings than my own, but I know the difference between right and wrong. Believe it or not, I used to listen to Air America, until I could take no more of their BS. In fact, I think I am quite adept at pointing out the bias and distortion that fills the broadcasts on the left-leaning shows like NBC news and CNN.

I can only take them to a point because they make my blood boil.

being killed in a back alley or being killed in a hospital.. the baby is still dead...
the adult has a choice... get butchered or seek help from one of the many places that help...no one needs to get butchered anymore. years ago (in the 50's and before) there was a stigma with unwed motherhood... kids didnt talk to their parents about sex (you have to be kiddin) i shudder to think of it......, agencies didnt protect young people... things have changed and there are better and safer ways to deal with unwanted pregnancies. and what about accountability? i was always taught that if you want to dance, you have to pay for the music....
there are too many laws being made to help people shirk their responsibilities... im sick and tired of paying for other peoples mistakes. let their families take care of it. i take care of me and my family... i never ask for a dime i didnt earn... every single mistake i ever made, i paid for... in spades...but i also learned!
dont get me wrong...there are people who DO need help... especially the lonely or sick elderly people. young kids who come from abusive families.. we need to help out.... i am not heartless...but im not a sucker for lazy irresponsible people either.

Easy killer, we are on the same team. I was reiterating a valid point that if you out-law abortion then it will continue to be done in an unsafe manner to un-educated girls who dont know any better. Then not only are you aborting a baby but you are also putting young girls and women at risk.

On the upside, I got to see our unborn baby today on the ultra-sound, 11 weeks in, so far so good.
