Starting with 3 pages that include a face(main) page, a Photo Page(and/or your movies) and another of your own(possibly an "About" page.
You can expand on this as you need. You can have your own database on line if you wish.
I have been doing this for many years with family and company websites. I have also created very intense in house and web based sites for large corporations in many industries.
The three page basic is 99.00 for creation + adds. If you wish it on the web, estimate 10.00 per year for the name of your choice(as available), estimate 50.00 per year to get it up and keep it up. I use name cheap for web hosting.
