This could be that elsive year for Mt. Airy NC driver Frank Fleming who races in the Whelen Southern Modified Series.
Though he has raced since the 80s, Fleming feels like he will score a win on the tour this season. He is banking on it as he says he is racing until he turns 50. He will be 49 this summer.
