Congrats to Bryan & Misty Silas

ARCA Racing Series driver Bryan Silas and wife Misty became parents of a healthy baby boy, Landon Paul Silas, yesterday at 4:45 p.m. Landon weighed in at nine pounds, five ounces upon birth. The family is resting and doing well at a hospital in Stuart.

Silas, driver of the No. 11 Rockingham Speedway/Palm Beach Grading Ford for owner Andy Hillenburg, is 12th in the ARCA Racing Series standings, and has driven to three top-10 finishes in 2010.

Saw Bryan a few times at Volusia and he was very excited about becoming a daddy especially to a boy. Congratulations to Bryan, the new mama, and all the family. I am sure they are tickled pink on being new grandparents.
