    Auburndale Speedway A Wild Night Of Racing Wtg Staff

    AUBURNDALE SPEEDWAY 10-3-09 WAS A GREAT AND WILD NIGHT OR RACING ON 1/4 MILE WE SEEN IT ALL WITH A 40 LAP STREET STOCK RACE FOR $500 TO WIN THANKS TO BROWN MOTOR SPORTS AND CARRAIGE AUTO SALES AND AARONS THE WINNER WAS JAMES WRIGHT. IT WAS GREAT RACING IN ALL CLASSES WE ALSO HAD THE PRO FIGURE 8 CARS BACK 11 CARS TO TAKE THE GREEN AND IT WAS A WILD ONE THE -#89 Rodney Davis AND THE #8 OF Michael Cherry HIT HAD IN TURN 3 CHERRY'S CAR WAS DONE FOR THE NIGHT CHERRY THEN RAN OVER TO THE CAR OF DAVIS'S CAR AND THEY HAD NOT SO HAPPY WORDS AFTER ALL THE CRYING AND FIGHTING WAS OVER WE WAS BACK TO RACING THE WINNER OF THE PRO FIGURE 8 RACE WAS NO OTHER THAN FLORIDAS BEST FIGURE 8 DRIVER #14 Wayne Calkins WTG WAYNE THEN WHEN ALL THE RACING WAS OVER WE RAN A V8 DEMO DERBY THAT HAD 10 CARS AND A TON OF BIG HIT. OVER ALL IT WAS A GREAT NIGHT AT THE TRACK MY HAT IS OFF TO THE STAFF AND REX GUY AT AUBURNDALE SPEEDWAY.

    I'm confused here. You said this is a 1/4 mile track. I always thought this was a 3/8 mile track.

          OK Todd. So Auburndale is actually smaller than Bronson and Citrus, which are 1/3 mile.

                    i dont think mr cherry was mad at rockin rodney... im pretty sure the 27 turned him and rodney ran in to him...i'll have to check my video!lol
