Heard there are alot of street stocks that have committed to running in the $1000 to win Norm Hamel race tonight! Sounds like the place to be!!

Question about Norm Hamel: did he ever race at Hialeah in the mid-70's? There was a Norman "The Forman" Hammill who raced a #69 Sportsman for a brief time. I am not sure of the spelling of his name, but was that the same guy?
