CFWSCA - 2008 News
Central Florida Wingless Sprint Car Assoc. 2008 Race Dates
The following is a preliminary schedule received yesterday from Michael Rudolph of the CFWSCA. We have been informed these dates are firm. Additional dates will be added as contracts are signed and returned.
March 8, 2008 - "Lake City" 30 Laps
April 12, 2008 - "Lake City" 30 Laps
May 2, 2008 - "Orlando SpeedWorld" (Friday Night)30 Laps
June 7, 2008 - "Lake City" 30 Laps
July 5, 2008 - "Lake City" 30 Laps
It is our understanding that negotiations are underway with Inverness, Auburndale, Bronson and Charlotte County. As we receive verified information it will be posted immediately.
To the best of our knowledge, there are no rule changes for 2008. 2007 rules will apply. Purse structure remains the same with $1000 to win the 30 lap features. $200 to take the green. Number of heat races will be determined by the number of cars that sign in. Feature line ups will be determined by finishing order in the heat races.
