Decided to head to Auburndale Sat evening for their doubleheader action. The night started with threatening skies and A'Dale did their best to speed up the show. Mini Cups first out with Doug Herron, Jr #34 winning the feature. Mini Stocks went to Naramore Sr in the 5K. Two laps before the end of this race the rain moved in for a fairly lengthy stay. Sportsman (23 cars) and Super Lates (17 cars) had already time trialed, so the wait was on and A'Dale outlasted the weather. I'll let Announcer Dave give you the details as he must have about 17 pages of this evenings events. Great show, and the Bullring earned it's name. UNOFFICIAL RESULTs : Sportsman winner Devin McLeod #5, Jason Vail #407 finished 2nd. Vail also fast qualifier. Joe Winchell #92 was third. Invert of 14 cars for feature which once again made for a great show. All types of fireworks in this 50 lapper which kept the crowd cheering and jeering. Legends up next with #13 Jim Smith taking the win in the 25 lapper. Super Lates finished the evening in the early morn with #5 Joe Boyd the winner of the 125 lapper, #0 Joshua Todd in a great looking car was second, with #23 Ducherer (sp) finishing 3rd. Much action and am looking forward to Announcer Dave's report about this exciting night. Hamburger and Onion Rings really hit the spot on this wet evening !!! Late but Great night !!!
