FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
EXHIBITORS
TRADE SHOW EXHIBITORS GENERAL INFORMATION:
Move In: 1pm to 7pm the day before the show starts
Move Out: After 3pm last day of auction. Must be out within 3 hours of auction completion
Event Hours: Doors open to Exhibitors at 7:45 am daily.
Doors open to Attendees at 8 am daily.
Auction begins at 9am each day.
Trade show is open until auctions are completed for the day.
Services: If you need anything extra for your display such as electricity, phone, equipment rental we must know at least 1 week in advance.

• 2 – FREE exhibitor passes are included with each 10×10 PAID Space rented
• Electricity is included on a first come first served basis by order of completed contracts
