This coming Saturday night, January 30, FM 102.9 Classic Hits Radio presents the official seaon opener at Auburndale Speedway. The main feature will be a $1,000 to win 50 lap Sportsman race.
Seven classes in addition to the Sportsman will race that night including mini cup, legend, mini stock, modified mini, scrambler, street stock, and the V-8 bomber.
The first 75 adults and the first 75 kids 5 and older will open an envelope for prizes.
The 2015 Auburndale Speedway points champions will be receiving their awards during the intermission. Come out and honor your favorite driver.
Gates open at 5 p.m. Racing starts at 7 p.m. No increase in the price of admission from last year even though you are getting double the racing. Adults - $15, Seniors - $13, Children ages 5 through 12 - $5, 4 and under free.
