Once again Pro-Truck Drivers I am clearing up some verbage issues in the rules, as I continue to strive to be fair and make it clear. I am not making a knee jerk reaction based on another track but they do copy our rules, and a series driver was there. I simply want to make it clear now and for the 2015 rules. This is not a change but a clarification off the rule. You can buy 1 set of some shocks and rebuild then and make them work at many tracks, so you don't have to buy a bunch of different sealed shocks. The single shrader has been on shocks for a long time now. There is guys that have 8 year old shocks, they last too. The key is reading the rule and being clear so here it is.
Shocks
l. Only 1 shock per wheel permitted. All shocks must be steel bodied, can be single shrader valve rebuildable shocks with a maximum of $225.00 retail value per shock. Internal rebuild parts must remain as purchased in that shock not to exceed the retail value. Adjustable shafts and canisters are not permitted, no external adjusters. Shocks can be claimed for $225 each. Refusal to sell is a DQ, loss of money and points and a $200 fine. Series tech can DQ truck for shocks if they exceed the $225.00 value and can be confiscated. Rear mount location optional on the rear axle.
Thanks
