The best in modified racing came into the 3/8 mile Star of the North I-35 Speedway in Winston Mo.and put on a great show for the crowd on a Thursday night.
Johnny Scott and Kelly Shryock would qualify for the front row and pretty much stay in that order until the checkered flag flew. Scott found a line on the track that no one else could match for speed as the track was drying out quick and throwing up a lot of dust by the time the race was over.
Local Dustin Boney started 3rd and worked his way into 2nd, Boney and Shryock raced for that position until Shryock moved up the track and took the position away.
Special thanks to Mark"Fluffy" Dobson for the in car at the start of the video. Also USMTS and I-35 Speedway. Enjoy.
