Long time Hialeah Speedway pure stock and street stock racer Frank Kelliher, 55, passed away Wednesday April 6 in Miami. Frank was part of the bunch that ran the bright green cars, his wearing No. 55. He was the 2002 Pure Stock track champion and a super nice guy. Condolences to his family and friends.
