Desoto Season Opener Jan 9th, boasts a huge night of Action!
Desoto Speedway will pack them in on January 9th for their Season Opener.
Headlining the night will be the "New" Southern Sprintcar Shootout Series for their inaugural event. Along side of them will be the Q Auto and Accident Injury Attorney's DARTS Pro Trucks King of the Blacktop event, Three segments, 50/30/20 totaling 100 laps with two 10 min breaks between segments, Driver and two crew members per truck will be allowed to make any minor adjustment with hand tools before restarting. Each segment will see a few trucks leave the surface. No tire changes, No jacks on racing surface allowed. The final segment will see 10 drivers battle it out for the title "King of the Blacktop". Also on tap will be The Take Aim Gun Range Street Stocks, LkQ Pick a Part Pure Stock, Pep Boys Speed Shop Modified Minis, "your name here" Mini Stocks, "your name here" Bombers and a Gold Rush for the Kids. Gates open at 4:30, Qualifying at 6 and Racing at 7pm. Admission Adults $20, Military/Seniors $15, Children 6-10 $5, 5 and Under Free.
