Each month the &#8220;Inside Florida Racing&#8221; broadcast team of CeCe Brooks and Rob Elting, Carol Wicks &amp; Friends consults with manyof the top media personalities and race promoters in Florida to determine the winner for that month.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/realracinusa.com\/racelog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/jeffchoquettejan300.jpg\" title=\"jeffchoquettejan300.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/realracinusa.com\/racelog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/jeffchoquettejan300.jpg\" alt=\"jeffchoquettejan300.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/a>In January the very first winner of the Pandora Jewelers Florida Driver of the Month was Jeff Choquette. Choquette had a fiercesome January on the short tracks of Florida, winning on dirt at New Hendry County Speedway and then back to back wins at USA International Speedway in Speedfest 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Friday Night at Speedfest 2008 fans witnessed Jeff Choquette&#8217;s first victory at USA International Speedway, although he has competed there many times and had some in second all too often. On Sunday afternoon , Choquette was entirely dominant  in  a field that not only included the top super late model competitors but Kyle Busch and David Stremme as well. He won the 200 lap feature on the 3\/4 speedway with a huge margin of victory using smart pit strategy and a very fast race car to take back to back wins.<\/p>\n<p>February in Florida fans saw some great individual achievements from both local Florida races and winternational racing also.
