LIVE FROM EAST BAY RACEWAY PARK
A great lineup of racers from around Florida for this show. Currently the state's top sprint car driver is Gene Lasker. Lasker talks about his beginnings at East Bay in the Street Stock, the move to sprints in 1990, and the success that has followed one of Florida's most entertaining drivers. Sprint car promoter Don Rehm, currently promoting the Top Gun Sprint Car Series (dirt) and the Checkered Flag Sprint Car Series (asphalt),sits in with Gene and the two compare notes on the current sprint car scene.

Promoter Bobby Diehl (Charlotte County Motorsports Park) talks about the reasons behind the success he is having as a track owner and other current racing topics.

ASA Late Model Series drivers Jeremy Gerstner and Ross Chastain share the stage with Sean Bass, an asphalt late model driver who has recently started racing on the dirt at East Bay.

Jeff Mathews is dedicating this year to try and win both the late model and modified championships at East Bay. He is presented with the Hilderbrand Jewelers Driver of the Month award for February, presented of course by the Real Racin USA Monday night show, "Inside Florida Racing". He was joined at the microphone with East Bay Raceway park co-owner Todd Hutto.

Susan and Rick Auriemma, promoters of the FAST Mini Cup Series introduce one of their new drivers, Bobby Rogers, a spry 60 year old who now has time ( and energy) to go tackle the short tracks. The duo also announce their addition of Bronson Motor Speedway to their 2009 schedule.

Debi Garcia, owner of Ambassador Racing, talks about the karting and quarter midget programs in Florida and upcoming events. Jamie Frankland sat with Debbie Garcia) driver in the Florida Oldtime Modifieds.

Also on the agenda tonight was a discussion of the Ric Flair as Honorary Race Director debate and other current events.

From Delaware racer, track promoter and noted author Buck (Bob) Buckholz; also NeSmith (of the Late Model Series) rep Rodney Tapley talks about the series and the success of NeSmith's involvement in racing. Longtime Florida and current East Bay photographer Russ Calabrese and Florida racer andbig time fan Rex (Boneman) Hollinger talked midget racing, electric car racing and disect Florida racing in 2009. The folks from the Hall of Fame Cafe stopped by to review the menu with Bill Green. Kenny Gross from Danville, Indiana chatted with Bill Jack and Rick about his East Bay adventure. Something for everyone in this very entertaining 2 hour show.

Very special guest Dave Argabright, noted sprint car expert, columnist, author and announcer, joins Real Racin' USA for an inside peek at this year's Little 500 Sprint Car race. Must See Racing's President Jim Hanks on the Internet TV broadcast of the Little 500 this year.
The Pass Super Late Model Series is in the spolight with recent winner Perry Brown and Head Tech Man Scott Reed featured.
Greg Wood, Operations Director from the CRA Super series discusses the S.E.A.L. motor program and the issues surrounding current Stock Car Racing motor programs.
Skip Wall reports his first hand experiences for Real Racin' USA inside the ARCA Carolina 500 from "The Rock".

- Top stars of dirt and asphalt stock car racing, plus two of America's best F1 Boat racers are featured.
Jeff Choquette and Jay Middleton are preparing for a return to USA International Speedway. Last time there during Speedfest 2008, they finished 1-2. This time it's the Florida debut of the ASA Asphalt Southeast Tour at the 3/4 mile track.
Dirt Racer Mark Whitener, former NLMS tour Rookie of the Year is now alos competing and winning with the UDLMCS dirt tour. Not sure what that is? Well, guest Ken Kinney is the promoter of the series and he will tell you all about it.
Formula 1 Boat racers Terry and Randy Rinker are featured. The duo are the pilots in one of America's top boat racing teams. 120 mph on the straight and then a 5 G turn and back the other way. Awesome!

- Ed Otto was equal partners with Bill France in the early days of NASCAR. Ed Otto was perhaps the greatest racing promoter ever, but he owned the North! Here the incredible "Real Story of NASCAR". Nothing about "moonshiners" and such, from the man who was there and watched his father, together with France, start an empire. Edgar Otto is a very special guest.

Also an interview with legend Bugsy Stevens and a more recent legend of racing, recently retired, Fritz Augustine.

April 8, 2008 - Around the wide world of motorsports, talking Indy Light and Pro Mazda racing with Dan Anderson, owner of Anderson Race Park, a testing ground for up and coming open wheel stars.

Also, from the world of stock car racing: Friendship Motor Speedway in North Carolina is going back to its former status as an exciting dirt track, with promoters Dennis Wood and Phil Hall at the reins.
-Dennis Nixon is the promoter of the stock car side of the South Georgia Motorsports Park, a dual purpose venue with top level drag racing and stock cars also. Motor confusion is making it difficult for promoters of late model events according to Nixon, and he has some answers.

January 22, 2008 -What a show for stock car buffs. Starts off with John Kee (Marketing Director) from the ASA Southeast Tour (super late models) with the best TV package of any short track late model series in the country beginning in March. Joe Schmaling (Co-owner)from the SuperCup Series details some of the reasons this steel bodied ProCup type car based series is going to be a hit. Hint: it may have to do with some pretty cool women drivers. Dennis Nixon joins in from South Georgia Motorsports Park in his role as head of the short track operations at the multi-dimensional facility. The North Carolina Motorsports Association is an idea whose time finally came. Shawn Stewart explains the impact of racing on the community and how North Carolina is preparing to turn the corner on bringing short track racing out of the closet. JANUARY 8, 2008 - Guests include Jim Hanks (co-owner of Must See Racing which will broadcast live Internet TV from New Smyrna Speedway's World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing in February. Shannon McIntosh is set to start her Dirt Late Model career under the guidance of Tony Izzo, Jr.
Things really get fired up when Guy Webb, President of the All Star Circuit of Champions sprint car series, talks about the issues facing promoters these days. Webb also is excited about the series event scheduled at North Florida Speedway on Feb 1-2.
Frankie Lloyd, the promoter of Golden Isle Speedway in Georgia talks about the $500,000 combined pirse Super Bowl of Racing coming to his track, one of the biggest national dirt late model events of the year. "T-Bone" Terry Wall is excited about the new NASCAR based fan call in show he and Buck Bucklholz recently got started. Great Stuff!
